The Knowledge of Frank Magliato Serves His Clients Very Well

Frank Magliato has been sharpening his business acumen for many years. In fact, Frank Magliato’s high level of business skill is likely due to his background, which covers more than three decades so far. His experience runs to private and public equity transactions in many different financial areas. He has helped guide hundreds of millions of dollars in deals and projects in a wide variety of areas, including mining, social media, telecom and real estate development, among others.



At one point, he served as president of Saddle River Associates & Company, a private equity company that specializes in corporate transactions. In his time there, the firm completed more than a half-billion dollars worth of projects and other transactions. Impressively, Frank Magliato also has plenty of education, with a degree in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a business degree from New York University. Besides running his own companies, Frank also has served on boards of directors for several other companies, including his philanthropic membership on the board of the Guardian Foundation, an organization that provides grants to improve the health and welfare of underprivileged children in Panama.
